Make sure you obtain the benefits of THE globally recognised seal of quality for sustainable construction.

LEED (Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design) is THE globally recognised seal of quality for sustainable construction. This international construction standard was developed in 1998 by the United States Green Building Council (USGBC).
Over 35,000 projects in 91 countries are currently undergoing certification, including the project to remodel the Empire State Building.
The four quality levels (Certified, Silver, Gold and Platinum) of LEED certification help to give sustainability a measurable framework and to prevent "greenwashing".
It represents a holistic concept which can be used to address the categories of site selection, energy efficiency, water consumption and environmental compatibility of the construction materials, among other factors. New buildings, renovations and existing buildings of all kinds, such as hotels, residential buildings, office blocks and shop extensions, are all eligible for certification.
LEED certification, with its positive media image, will offer you a clear marketing advantage, underscoring the seriousness of your efforts to be environmentally friendly. The certification will mean an increase in the value of your property, improving its lettability and saleability.

The service includes:
- quick checks: for a rough outline of the quality level which can be achieved
- construction planning and execution with integrated certification
- coordination of the certification process in parallel to the construction project
- subsequent coordination of the certification process
